Instagram has launched a new video editing app for creators. The free app is available for pre-order on the App Store. And it is expected to be available by mid-March.
The tool can help edit videos without watermark and share them on any platform. It can capture high-quality clips up to 10-minutes long and start editing right away. Users will be able to edit videos with single-frame precision and bring images to life with AI animation.
The tool also allows users to enhance audio to make voices clearer, background noise-free and generate captions automatically, customising how they appear in the video.
The app will also provide a live insights dashboard that will breakdown engagement and help plan videos based on what works for a creator.
In terms of privacy, the app will track the user’s location, contacts, search history, usage history, and contact info among other user-specific device details.
